Duties and Responsibilities

· Order management from entering, confirming, shipping and tracking

- Quality assuring all aspects of orders with suppliers and customers

· Problem anticipation and resolution in proactive manner

- Team player doing whatever it takes to exceed customer expectations

Requirements

· College degree in business, marketing or communications

· Previous experience in a customer support role (a nice )

· Strong verbal and written communications skills

· Ability to quickly understand industry and our internal systems and processes

· Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and online systems

- Proficiency in Illustrator or Corel Draw (a nice )

· Positive attitude and work ethic to do "whatever it takes"
